FAQ on Token Usage and Upcoming Changes

This FAQ is on the change to our platform’s payment structure, which will take effect from 2 July 2026.

As part of our planned transition to a new pay-per-course model, we will be phasing out our current token system. To ensure a smooth transition for everyone, we would like to highlight the following key points:

Key Dates to Note

• Now to 29 June 2026:
All existing tokens can continue to be used as usual to enrol in courses.

• From 2 Jul 2026:
Any unused tokens will expire and will no longer be valid. Unfortunately, expired tokens cannot be carried forward, refunded, or converted after this date.

We encourage all users to plan ahead and fully utilise their tokens by 29 June 2026 to avoid any loss.

Your Existing Courses Remain Accessible

Any courses that you have already enrolled in (whether through tokens or free enrolment) will continue to be accessible to you after the transition. These courses will be carried forward to the new system and will not be affected.

What’s Changing from 2 July 2026

• The token system will be discontinued.

• Courses will be available for direct purchase via a pay-per-course model.

• We will share more details closer to the transition date.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I still have unused tokens after 29 June 2026?

Any unused tokens remaining after 29 June 2026 will expire automatically and cannot be used, refunded, transferred, or converted to cash or course credits.

2. Can I get a refund for my unused tokens after the deadline?

No. In line with our updated policy and system transition, unused tokens will not be eligible for refunds after 29 June 2026. We strongly encourage you to use all tokens before this date.

3. Will I lose access to courses that I have already enrolled in?

No. All courses that you have already enrolled in will remain accessible to you even after 2 July 2026. These courses will be carried forward into the new system.

4. Will there be any downtime during the transition?

We are planning for minimal disruption. There will be a 2-day system pause on 30 June 2026 to 2 July 2026 to facilitate the transition, with normal operations resuming from 2 July 2026.

5. How will I purchase courses after 2 July 2026?

From 2 July 2026 onwards, courses will be available for direct purchase using the new
pay-per-course model. Tokens will no longer be used. Full instructions will be shared
closer to the launch date.

6. Can I still purchase tokens before 29 June 2026?

Yes, tokens may still be purchased and used as usual up to 29 June 2026. If you plan to
utilise all your tokens, please ensure they are fully used before the expiry date, as any
remaining balance after 29 June 2026 cannot be carried forward.

7. Will course prices change under the new model?

Course pricing may vary under the new pay-per-course model.
