About Course

It is a responsibility of all leaders to find and build other leaders, either to replace them when they need to move on or to work alongside them so that they can accomplish more. However, this task is difficult because the right people may not volunteer themselves, whereas others who do so may not be suitable for the specific functions that the role requires. While there is no magic formula, this workshop aims to help participants clarify what to look out for and how to develop them within today’s busy lifestyle.

Instructor:  Mr Larry Choi

Mr Larry Choi is the Director & CEO of the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, a research institute that focuses on Southeast Asia. Prior to this, he was a senior civil servant for 36 years. He sits on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit organisations, and still feels he has much to learn about leadership. His family consists of Siew Luan, 2 adult children and one granddaughter (so far).
