About Course
This is a module that constitutes part of the Bachelor of Divinity (BDiv) or Masters of Divinity (MDiv) course at Trinity Theological College (TTC).
Who should attend:
- All matriculated Anglican Students in TTC
- Pastoral workers applying for Parish Workers / Parish Assistants Licence with the Diocese of Singapore
Purpose and approach:
This course introduces students to the basic tenets of Anglicanism by covering our history, theology, liturgy, and polity. Each of these four loci will be expanded on with an emphasis on Singapore’s local context. This enables students to grasp both a fuller appreciation of Anglican heritage as well as its local expression. Such a design is meant to prepare students for ministry in the Diocese of Singapore by giving them a working understanding of things
