This course is designed to equip current and future pastoral staff of our parishes with basic foundations in Anglicanism, that will be needed for their parish ministry to be properly contextualised.
The course gives a broad overview of the basics of Anglican History, Theology, Faith & Order, and Liturgy. It includes and exceeds what is taught in the Lay Readers Course (SOA 301).
Completion of the course and fulfilling of all course requirements is a pre-requisite for applying for a Parish Worker license from the Diocese.
